Thanks for shopping at Breo-USA. We appreciate you shopping in our store. Our Breo-USA's (“Breo-USA”, “we” or “our”) Policies are applicable only to products purchased by you directly from Breo-USA.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Breo-USA. By placing an order or making a purchase at Breo-USA, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Breo-USA’s Policies.

We Proudly Use PayPal Secure Server Merchant Credit Card Payment Processing Services.

(Note: Pre-paid methods, including cashier's checks, take slightly longer to process because all payments must first clear with the bank due to the risk of fraudulent checks.)

Credit Card Orders

Orders placed by Credit Card Payment are carefully processed. We will verify Credit Card Holder's billing address and phone number with Card Issuing Bank to protect cardholders and payee against any unlawful credit card transaction over the internet. There will not be charges to your credit card for back-ordered items until product are shipped out.

Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Breo-USA does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.


Breo use UPS, Fed-Ex, OnTrac and other common carriers. These carriers will not ship to P.O. Box. Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, destination zip code and number of items we can pack in each box for your order. The shipping charge includes insurance for full value of products against loss or damage. Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of products and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Special order items orders may take longer. No orders will be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder or item is not being available, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute for another item, or cancel your order. Backorder shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.


Breo-USA does not sell back-ordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can sell to a customer. In that instance, we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to alert you of the situation.

Cancel or Change Order

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immediately. There is no fee for cancelled orders.

Order Tracking

Shipments with tracking numbers are emailed once orders are shipped during business hours of Monday thru Friday. You may also obtain tracking numbers by calling us or logging into your account, available after 24-48 hours of placing an order.
